To understand the sleep habits of target users, l designed a questionnaire and received 76valid responses. The results showed that nearly 60% of respondents experienced varyingdegrees of insomnia, and most reported frequent dreaming. While dreaming is normal, mul.tiple dreams during sleep indicate poor sleep quality.

Mobile phones are the second most common cause of insomnia, with over half of respon.dents citing them as a major factor. Many reported using their phones for social media.games, or chatting before bed, finding it hard to avoid this habit. This raises the question: Canwe leverage mobile phones to help users de-stress and improve sleep?
